The Pacific Surfliner service travels along a 351-mile coastal rail corridor through six counties in Southern California: San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo. It is currently the second busiest intercity passenger rail corridor in the United States, and the busiest state-supported Amtrak route.
