The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) invites proposals from qualified consultants to temporary staffing services. The budget for this project is $3,220,000 for a three (3)-year initial term.

The Authority is utilizing Federal funds toward this project and is required to implement the DOT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program Plan, based on U.S. DOT, 49 CFR, Part 26 requirements.

The project will also realign the existing Lakeview on-ramp to feed only westbound SR-91, separating westbound SR-91 and southbound SR-55 traffic to further streamline traffic movement.

The project will also improve freeway access and arterial connections, improve interchange traffic operations, enhance safety, and improve pedestrian and bicycle facilities within the project limits.

I. Overview On November 6, 1990, Orange County voters approved Measure M, a 20-year half-cent local transportation sales tax. All major transportation improvement projects and programs included in the original Measure M have been completed or are currently underway.
