The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) invites proposals from qualified firms to develop the 2025 Orange County Strategic Rail Plan.

A virtual meeting on July 29 will be conducted to gather public input on the study and to help shape draft alternatives and a final feasibility report expected in 2026.
