In 2018, OCTA finalized the OC Transit Vision (Transit Master Plan), a 20-year plan for the future of Orange County’s public transit system. The Transit Master Plan identified the need for easier connections to transit routes, improvements to walking and biking access, as well as park-and-rides. The Mobility Hubs Study helped address these needs.
