ABOUT THE LOSSAN RAIL CORRIDOR AGENCY The Los Angeles – San Diego – San Luis Obispo (LOSSAN) Rail Corridor Agency (Agency) is a joint powers authority composed of rail owners, operators, and planning agencies along the LOSSAN Rail Corridor.
