Overview The Measure M2 Comprehensive Transportation Funding Programs guidelines provide the mechanism for administration of the annual competitive call for streets and roads projects for the Measure M2 funding program. The 2024 Regional Capacity Program (Project O) and Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization Program (Project P) call for projects is presented for review and approval.
On January 3, 2003, OCTA purchased from the California Private Transportation Company (CPTC) its interest in a Franchise Agreement for a toll facility on a 10-mile segment of the Riverside Freeway/State Route (SR) 91 between the Orange/Riverside County line and the Costa Mesa Freeway/SR-55.
The rail line has been opened for Amtrak weekend passenger service, and Metrolink declined to open for weekend service due to ridership and cost. Metrolink will wait until weekday service is restored. Two rows of tie-back anchors are being installed, one row has been completed and movement of the slope has ceased.
