This project was completed in November 2014. The Orange Freeway (SR-57) is an integral part of Southern California’s freeway network. In an effort to improve traffic flow, OCTA, in cooperation with the California Department of Transportation, added a general purpose lane to northbound SR-57 from Katella Avenue in Orange to Lincoln Avenue in Anaheim.
The Orange County Loops vision is to create seamless connections for people to bike, walk and connect to some of California’s most scenic beaches and inland reaches.
