For the first two games, the Angels Express leaves Oceanside (Train 609) at 3:26 p.m. and Irvine (Train 689) at 5:10 p.m. It leaves L.A.’s Union Station (Train 604) at 4:30 p.m. and (Train 688) at 4:50 p.m. Return trains will leave Angel Stadium 30 minutes after the game ends.

LOSSAN Rail Corridor Agency to take over management of popular Amtrak route from state. ORANGE – The Pacific Surfliner rail service, the nation’s second busiest Amtrak route, will transition to local control beginning on July 1, following the signing of an interagency transfer agreement with the state of California on Monday.

Passenger rail service through San Clemente was suspended beginning April 28 to allow for crews to safely conduct emergency work to reinforce sections of track at immediate risk from landslides and coastal erosion. The rail line is expected to be shut down for passenger service for a total of approximately six weeks, through early June.
