Bus Service Change Improvements – Efective August 10, 2025 The OC Bus Service Change Improvements provide a summary of upcoming adjustments aimed at improving service quality and reliability. Changes include frequency improvements, better connections with Metrolink, and schedule adjustments to enhance on-time performance across the system.

Metrolink, in coordination with the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA), is proposing to extend 1.2 miles of railroad track in Dana Point. The siding track would be constructed adjacent to the existing main track and extend from Victoria Boulevard south to the rail crossing at Beach Road. The proposed project would reduce delays, increase safety, and provide more reliable service.
