The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) requests quotes from authorized firms to provide HeyGen Enterprise Seat Licenses for twenty (20) users for a one (1) – year term, effective September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2026. The budget for this effort is $30,000.
The August 4, 2025, Regional Transportation Planning Committee meeting has been cancelled.
For FY 2025-26, OCTA will return to the Board requesting the additional level of service provided by OCSD for TPS and a five-year contract renewal. The $209,876 budget request represents an increase of 1.66 percent over the amount budgeted for FY 2024-25.
