OCTA Triennial Performance Audit FY 2022 to 2024 OCTA as the Regional Transportation Planning Entity (RTPE) Final Report April 11, 2025

The City of Santa Ana (Santa Ana) is requesting a cancellation for the construction phase of the Fairview Street Improvements Project from 9th Street to 16th Street (21-SNTA-ACE-3996) due to construction costs increasing to more than double the engineer estimated costs with increased costs of material supplies and labor inflation.

V1.01 (1/5/24) There was a discrepancy between the calculation of fares / revenues collected in Section C vs Section E. The calculation of fares collected requires input from Section H, including annualized ridership years in operation funded through this 2024 CFP.

The 2025 service begins Saturday, July 19, and continues every Saturday and Sunday through Aug. 17. OC Fair Express will provide convenient, non-stop service from five locations throughout Orange County directly to the OC Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa, running from approximately 10 a.m. to midnight every Saturday and Sunday during the fair.

The following written questions were submitted by the deadline of 5:00 p.m., March 7, 2025: 1. Q - Will the interviews planned for April 23, 2025, be virtual or in person? A - Interviews will be held virtually. 2. Q - Is any travel demand modeling or market analysis work required for this project.

The project team is also finishing the placement of large temporary concrete barriers between the track and the inland bluff in Area 3 to create a safe workspace for crews to build an approximately 1,400-foot-long catchment wall in the coming months.
