Clarify that project characteristic improvements and requirements apply to signalized intersections that are part of the application including offset signal improvements for eligible applications. Increase points for multi-jurisdictional involvement. Remove points for completing primary implementation within 12 months.

Expected growth demands in Orange County over the next 30 years will require agencies to continue to invest in transportation infrastructure projects. A collaborative effort between County leaders and OCTA identified additional projects to fund through an extension of the Measure M program. Voters approved Renewed Measure M on November 7, 2006. Ordinance No. 3 outlines all programs.

MAP NOTES: Route 701 is a limited-stop route, making stops only at major transfer points ( ) and time check points . Operations along the Harbor Transitway Northbound buses will stop at Manchester, Slauson and 37th Street stations only to discharge passengers who boarded in Orange County.

Shuttle routes may be point-to- point and seasonal in nature such as OCTA’s Orange County Fair Express network or confined to a single community perhaps using a short distance circular route structure.
