Crews are making progress in the ongoing emergency work to stabilize the coastal rail line in San Clemente. This work consists of removing the remaining spans of the San Clemente Beach Trail near Mariposa Point. Excavators were also positioned on the beach and inland side of the track to begin repairing and reinforcing the damaged riprap.
