FROM: ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) invites proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional services that support the execution, monitoring, peer review, and reporting of OCTA's climate adaptation and sustainability efforts. The budget for this project is $125,000 for a three (3)-year term.

The OCTA board approved programming of $3.3 million in competitive funds for 12 projects focused on removing visible pollutants, such as litter and debris, from roads before they reach waterways and the ocean. These projects include purchasing or upgrading screens, filters, and inserts for catch basins, and other devices designed to remove pollutants.
