The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA), in coordination with Metrolink, is replacing the railroad bridge over San Juan Creek in the City of San Juan Capistrano to enhance safety and reduce maintenance needs. Once the new bridge is completed and train service is switched over, the existing bridge will be demolished.

OCTA is studying rail challenges in south Orange County to assess existing and future environmental risks and issues with operations and maintenance along the Los Angeles – San Diego – San Luis Obispo (LOSSAN) Rail Corridor. The study will evaluate strategies to

OC Flex is an on-demand, curb-to-curb shuttle service offered by the Orange County Transportation Authority in parts of Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel and Mission Viejo. Unlimited rides are only $4.50 per day, seven days a week.

The Youth Ride Free program, which allows youth ages 6 to 18 to ride OC Bus for free to school, sports, work, and other activities, has been extended to eligible OC ACCESS riders. As part of this extension, OC ACCESS trips for eligible OC ACCESS riders ages 18 and under will also be provided at no charge. Personal care attendants (PCA) and guests ages 5 and under will continue to ride for free.

Orange County Transportation Authority is soliciting consultant services to provide onsite fitness center staffing and services for three OCTA fitness centers on an as-needed basis.

Through postcards, posters and extensive outreach, OCTA is contacting residents and businesses along the 16-mile 405 Improvement Project corridor from State Route 73 to Interstate 605 to keep them informed. The project is expected to provide travel options to ease the commute along one of the country’s most congested freeways.

The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) will award to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder with available inventory. The award of items identified on this solicitation may be split between Bidders based upon the overall benefit to OCTA. Best warranty terms may influence award results.
