The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) invites proposals from qualified consultants to provide on-call support to conduct traffic analyses for transportation projects and Master Plan of Arterial Highways (MPAH) amendment requests. The budget for this project is $200,000 for an eighteen (18)-month term.
