On March 10, 2025, the OCTA Board of Directors’ (Board) approved the FFY 2026-2027 and FFY 2027-2028 Surface Transportation Block Grant / Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Program Prioritization Guidance – Orange County Transportation Authority Ranking Criteria.
