Board Receives Update on 2023 Initiatives The Orange County Transportation Authority s board of directors received a report highlighting the agency s progress on its 2023 Board and CEO Initiatives and Action Plan for the first three months of the year .

ORANGE The public is invited to commemorate the Lunar New Year in Orange County with a free celebration at Irvine s Metrolink Station , followed by a Metrolink ride to Chinatown in Los Angeles on Saturday , Feb . 17 for the Golden Dragon Parade .
