OCTA Public Auctions The Authority periodically auctions off surplus equipment, buses, vans and other service vehicles on an as needed basis. OCTA uses the two online auction sites, General Auction and Public Surplus, to conduct its surplus auctions.

In 2022, OCTA and OCPW partnered to develop the Planning Module in OCST. The OCST Planning Module allows users to access mapping layers to view priority areas, evaluate the performance of candidate BMPs, and submit selected projects for consideration in the Tier 2 Grant Program, in combination with traditional application forms.

Crowe LLP tested a sample of MOE expenditures for FY 2023-24, and found the City met the minimum MOE requirement and the shortfall amount identified in the FY 2022-23 AUP.

FROM: ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) invites proposals from qualified consultants to provide an Intelligent Transportation Systems Strategic Plan update. The budget for this project is $150,000 for an eighteen (18)-month term.
