2025 CTFP Guidelines This is a fixed-scope program, which provides funding for passenger amenities at the 100 busiest bus stops in Orange County determined by average daily weekday passenger boardings (October 2017 – February 2018 data)1.
The Orange County Loops vision is to create seamless connections for people to bike, walk and connect to some of California’s most scenic beaches and inland reaches. The Study evaluated enhancement opportunities for three key bikeways in Orange County: Central County Loop, South County Loop, and a Cross-County Connector.
