2025 CTFP Guidelines This is a fixed-scope program, which provides funding for passenger amenities at the 100 busiest bus stops in Orange County determined by average daily weekday passenger boardings (October 2017 – February 2018 data)1.

Applications are due by May 31, 2025 and selection is competitive. Applicants must be 13 to 18 years old as of Sept. 1, 2025, reside in Orange County, and be entering grades 9 to 12 at an Orange County public or private school.
