TheE-Bike Safety Strategies Action Plan (“Plan”) details the findings and recommendations for OCTA and its partners to take action and improve e-bike safety in Orange County. The project team assessed existing e-bike safety efforts already underway locally, regionally, and statewide.

The description of this project is installation of electrical service infrastructure and equipment, emergency stand-by generator, Authority furnished battery-electric bus chargers, and related work at Santa Ana Bus Base.

ORANGE – As part of ongoing efforts to protect a vital rail link in south Orange County, the Orange County Transportation Authority is inviting the public to participate in an online public meeting to learn about and provide feedback on the Coastal Rail Resiliency Study.

Proposals must be received in the Authority’s office at or before 2:00 p.m. on July 10, 2025. Proposals received after the above-specified date and time will be returned to Offerors unopened.

Inform Offerors that a pre-proposal conference was held on June 3, 2025. The pre-proposal conference presentation is presented as Attachment A, and a copy of the pre-proposal conference registration is presented as Attachment B to this Addendum No. 1.

The Authority has established September 17, 2024, as the date to conduct interviews. Interviews will be held in Washington D.C. All prospective Offerors will be asked to keep this date available. Offerors are encouraged to subcontract with small businesses to the maximum extent possible.
