Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center Staging Area Construction for the OC Streetcar is moving forward. To prepare for upcoming work activities, OCTA’s contractor, Walsh Construction, will set up a staging area at the Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center (SARTC) to easily access construction equipment and materials. The SARTC is located on E. Santa Ana Boulevard and N. Santiago Street.
