Measure M is a program funded by a 30-year one half-cent sales tax for transportation improvements in Orange County from 2011 through 2041. Nearly one third, or 32 percent, of Measure M is dedicated to improving local streets and roads.

On November 12, 2024, the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) Board of Directors (Board) adopted the 2024 Updated Next 10 Delivery Plan (Next 10 Plan).
