If an emergency arises on one of your ridesharing days, you may be eligible for a free ride home through the Regional Guaranteed Ride Home (GRH) Program. Employees can use the program up to two (2) times per fiscal year (July 1 – June 30).
OC ACCESS is a shared-ride service that is available to qualified applicants whose physical or cognitive limitations prevent them from utilizing the regular OC Bus fixed-route service.
These projects are funded through Measure M, a half-cent sales tax approved by Orange County voters to support transportation improvements. Measure M includes funding for an environmental cleanup program that awards funding on a competitive basis to cities and the county for projects that capture transportation-related pollution before it reaches the ocean and other waterways.

A total of up to $19.5 million is available for the Tier 1 program over a seven-year window from fi scal year 2011-12 through fi scal year 2017-18. The fi rst Tier 1 program call for projects for $2.8 million is expected to be issued in February 2011 with an award of funding to projects in spring 2011. Project implementation is anticipated in summer 2011.

1.1 Purpose The primary purpose of the Subarea Modeling Guidelines Manual is to promote consistency in transportation modeling within Orange County. The goal of the manual is to ensure consistency between local subarea models in Orange County and the Orange County Transportation Analysis Model (OCTAM), as well as with the Southern California Association of Governments’ (SCAG) regional model.
