OC ACCESS is a shared-ride service that is available to qualified applicants whose physical or cognitive limitations prevent them from utilizing the regular OC Bus fixed-route service. Your travel time on OC ACCESS should be expected to be the same travel time on OC Bus for the same trip.

Youth 6-18 can ride OC Bus fixed-route service for free for travel to school, work or fun. Take Metrolink to explore new and familiar destinations throughout Southern California. This program is a partnership between OCTA and participating colleges that provides students with an OC Bus pass.

In October, you’ll have an easier and more affordable way to pay transit fares on OC Bus and the upcoming OC Streetcar. The new Wave fare payment system guarantees that you always get the best fare. Once you reach a daily cap ($4.50 for regular riders) or a monthly cap ($69), the rest of your rides are free!

To receive DBE credit on an OCTA contract, firms must obtain their DBE certification from a California Unified Certification Program (CUCP) certifying member agency and be certified in the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to the contract scope of work.
