Since 2003, OCTA has owned and operated the original 91 Express Lanes, a 10-mile toll facility that stretches between SR-55 in Anaheim and the border with Riverside County.
Mainline improvements include adding a regular lane in each direction from I-405 to SR-55, restriping the limited-access carpool lane to continuous-access in both directions, reestablishing existing merge lanes, and adding merge lanes in the southbound direction where needed.
Improved Mobility Coming to SR-91 Corridor between SR-55 and SR-57 The project will improve 5.6 miles of SR-91 through Anaheim, Fullerton, Orange, Yorba Linda and Placentia.
