OCTA Public Auctions The Authority periodically auctions off surplus equipment, buses, vans and other service vehicles on an as needed basis. OCTA uses the two online auction sites, General Auction and Public Surplus, to conduct its surplus auctions.

The Orange County Transportation Authority's (OCTA) operational and security functions are currently centralized at its "Garden Grove Annex" (Annex) building. This existing facility is currently inadequate to provide space for transit security and operations.
If you have an OCTA Senior Reduced Fare ID number, call 714-560-5596 Monday-Friday, 8 am-2 pm and provide your number to have your account updated. Once updated, you will be able to order this pass online.
