TOTAL PRICE AWARDED IS FOR AN INITIAL TERM OF ONE-YEAR WITH AN OPTION FOR ONE (1) ADDITIONAL YEAR, COMMENCING JULY 1, 2025 THOUGH JUNE 30, 2026.

Selected projects can be eligible to receive funding as early as July 1, 2024, through fiscal year 2026-27 depending on each project’s schedule. Grant allocations for this call will be escalated, consistent with the guidelines, based on inflationary conditions at the time projects are awarded.

The study will support future planning efforts, including OCTA’s 2026 Long Range Transportation Plan, and serve as a resource to address goods movement related challenges in Orange County.

The public’s feedback on the draft alternatives will directly influence the refinement of these options and help shape the final feasibility study expected in 2026.

TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall commence upon execution by both parties, and shall continue in full force and effect through July 31, 2026, unless earlier terminated or extended as provided in this Agreement.
