Given this legislation, our report will not include any findings of non-compliance related to farebox recovery ratios (PUC 99268. 2 and 99268.3). The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) invites proposals from qualified firms to provide consultant services to develop a Mobility Hubs Concept of Operations Study. The budget for this project is $300,000 for a two ( 2)-year term.

In response to concerns raised by the Board and the Taxpayers Oversight Committee responsible for M2 oversight, OCTA will use annual calls that serve a near term programming window (3 years), as well as a sequential funding approach for M2 projects.
