The OCTA Board of Directors unanimously selected Doug Chaffee to serve as the Chairman of the Board at its meeting on Jan. 13, 2025. Chaffee, who is also the Fourth District Supervisor for Orange County, replaces outgoing Chair Tam T. Nguyen, who remains on the Board as one of two public members.

Juan Lopez Saldana, from the maintenance team, began his career at OCTA in 2025 as a journeyman mechanic. Juan was recognized for his outstanding diagnostic skills and dedication to improving the reliability of the OC Bus fleet.
