OCTA has extended the program that allows youth aged 6 to 18 to ride OC Bus for free to school, after-school activities, jobs and more. Passes are available only through partnering K-12 schools or upon parent request.
STEP is a partnership project between the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) and the Orange County Health Care Agency (OCHCA). STEP is funded by a California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Active Transportation Planning (ATP) grant.
