ADA Overview

Reasonable Modification/Accommodation

A reasonable modification/accommodation is a change, exception or adjustment that the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) can make to its rules, policies, practices, and procedures to provide a customer with a disability an equal opportunity to utilize OCTA services.

Reasonable Modification/Accommodation Requests

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), OCTA allows requests for reasonable modification/accommodation to customers with disabilities.

The request should be as specific as possible and include information on why the requested modification is needed in order to allow the individual to use OCTA’s services.

Requests for reasonable modification/accommodation can be made in writing or online using the Reasonable Modification Accommodation Request Form.
