State and Federal Call for Projects

The Bicycle Corridor Improvement (BCI) Program 2012 Call for Projects is a $9 million bicycle program available to local Orange County agencies. The guidelines and application are provided below. Eligible applicants must submit project proposals by 4:00 p.m. on April 30, 2012.

ANNOUNCEMENTS 

ATTENTION:  ADDENDUM TO APPLICATION APRIL 2, 2012

To accommodate multi-class bicycle facilities, OCTA has revised the application to allow for more than one bicycle facility class within an application. The scoring will be based on the ratio of the facilities. The change is made through addendum 1 to page 6 of the application.
