On
September 4, the first truckloads of sand were delivered
to San Clemente’s North Beach as part of
OCTA’s emergency effort to protect the coastal
rail line. Up to 540,000 cubic yards will be delivered
in addition to other long-term protective measures. We
were proud to have members of the OCTA Board and elected
officials from local, state, and federal agencies join
us, reflecting the ongoing collaboration necessary to
preserve this vital rail
