For the 34th year in a row, an independent taxpayer oversight
committee has confirmed that OCTA is delivering on its promise to
voters by responsibly investing in transportation improvements that
enhance how people move through Orange County. The Measure M
Taxpayer Oversight Committee conducted its annual review at a public
hearing on June 10 and determined that OCTA is proceeding in
accordance with the Measure M Investment Plan. This
committee’s findings demonstrate OCTA’s continued
accountability and transparency in delivering transportation
services to the people of Orange County.
The
review is conducted at least once every decade
to evaluate the overall performance of the
plan, which is expected to generate $14
billion through
2041.
