A Progress Report
On OCTA Accomplishments

The Orange County Transportation Authority is responsible for the continuous improvement of Orange County’s transportation network. OCTA’s projects, programs and services impact every aspect of transportation within the state’s third largest county and have kept residents and commuters moving throughout the 34 cities and unincorporated areas of Orange County since its formation in 1991.

In 2015, the OCTA Board of Directors established 10 strategic initiatives to enhance Orange County’s transportation system. This progress report documents OCTA’s accomplishments throughout the year and is structured around the initiatives. The progress report also demonstrates OCTA’s commitment to transparency and accountability to its Board of Directors, stakeholders and the public.
