Gracie said Ventura County has joined the 211 service. Currently, this group consists of Orange County, Riverside County, San Diego County and Venture County. Inter-county Express Bus service offers peak hour commuter trips to neighboring counties including Los Angeles and Riverside. In addition to its bus operations, OCTA regulates taxi services in Orange County through the Orange County Taxi Administration Program (OCTAP).
