Annually, OCTA staff collects legislative ideas from interested parties within Orange County. Subsequently, suggestions and ideas are evaluated and consolidated into a framework document.
The OCTA State Legislative Platform provides guidance on state statutory, regulatory, and administrative policies for staff and their legislative advocates to pursue in the subsequent year.
