Improvement project on Edinger Avenue
Landscaping and irrigation improvements within an existing unimproved parkway located along the north side of Edinger Avenue between Countess Drive and Saybrook Lane.
Scope of work includes: (1) landscaping (planting of trees, shrubs, and groundcover) and irrigation improvements; and (2) fine grading and adjustment of manholes to grade.
