2006 OCTA Long Range Transportation Plan - Program Environmental Impact Report
On July 24, 2006, OCTA's Board of Directors approved the Final 2006 Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) and the associated Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR), which provide a visionary blueprint for transportation improvements in Orange County up to 2030. The PEIR evaluates potential environmental effects of the transportation plan, which includes freeway, arterial streets, transit, and other improvements/programs.
