2006 OCTA Long Range Transportation Plan - Program Environmental Impact Report

In 2006, OCTA's board of directors approved the Final 2006 Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) and the associated Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR), which provides a visionary blueprint for transportation improvements in Orange County up to 2030. The PEIR evaluates potential environmental effects of the transportation plan, which includes freeway, arterial streets, transit and other improvements/programs.
