Program Information

OCTA’s Emerging Professionals Intern Program is a year-round paid program. Your pay will vary depending on your educational level. Your work schedule will consist of approximately 20 hours per week, not to exceed 1,000 hours within a rolling 12-month period.

To be eligible for the program you must:

• Be a full-time student enrolled in a two-year or four-year college program and following a course of study leading to a Bachelors or Masters degree, with emphasis in a field pertinent to the hiring department’s business
• Submit verification of enrollment from the college registrar’s office to establish a pay rate based on academic standing and eligibility to participate in the intern program
• Provide verification of enrollment each semester or quarter
• Maintain a minimum G.P.A. of 2.5
