OCTA Legislative Platform

The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) annually adopts State and Federal Legislative Platforms to identify and direct policy activities in Sacramento and Washington, D.C. These platforms are intended to be flexible documents that guide activities throughout the legislative session. Topics covered include the state budget, federal appropriations, homeland security, construction and maintenance of roads and highways, rail and transit programs, environmental concerns, and various administrative and employment issues.
