The Finance, Administration and Human Resources Division produces financial data for OCTA. This Division analyzes fiscal issues and advises OCTA's Board of Directors in the areas of short-term and long-term financing, fund planning, annual budget, human resource issues and compliance with accounting standards. Finance and Administration also works closely with federal, state and local agencies to manage all revenue sources.
