OCTA realizes that before people ride the bus, they need to feel safe and know that they’ll get where they need to go. That’s true for everyone from youth and their parents, to their grandparents and many senior citizens throughout Orange County. That’s why OCTA has created the following outreach programs to meet the specific transportation needs of youths, students, employers, and seniors.
