Update on Environmental Clearance
The Anaheim City Council certified the California Environmental Quality Act Environmental Impact Report (EIR) in November 2010. This certification provides the clearance necessary to achieve the Notice of Determination (NOD). The National Environmental Policy Act Environmental Assessment (EA), prepared on behalf of the Federal Transit Administration, is currently under review with that agency. A Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) and NOD for the project is anticipated in February 2011.
