Regional Planning and Highways Committee

The Highways Committee reviews the planning, programming, and delivery of regional planning and highway programs and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors. The committee also reviews and makes recommendations to the Board regarding OCTA’s compliance with federal and state regional planning and programming requirements. Local agency eligibility and compliance with Measure M safeguards and requirements are reviewed by this committee, as well.
