Description :
Add capacity in the westbound direction and provide operational improvements at on and off ramps to the SR-91 between I-5 and the Orange Freeway (SR-57), generally within existing right-of-way, to smooth trafic low and relieve the SR-57/SR-91 interchange. Speciic improvements will be subject to approved plans developed in cooperation with local jurisdictions and affected communities.
The current daily freeway volume along this segment of SR-91 is about 256,000. By 2030, this volume is expected to increase by nearly 13 percent, bringing it up to 289,900 vehicles per day.

The estimated cost for improvements in this segment of SR-91 is $140.0 million.
