Construct interchange improvements at Euclid Street, Brookhurst Street and Harbor Boulevard to reduce freeway and street congestion near these interchanges. Speciic improvements will be subject to approved plans developed in cooperation with local jurisdictions and affected communities.
Regional plans also include the construction of new freeway-to-freeway carpool ramps to the SR-22/I-405 interchange, and improvements to the local interchange at Magnolia Avenue using federal and state funds.
