  • Project Nearly Complete

The City of Fullerton and the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) opened the vehicle undercrossing at the intersection of Raymond Avenue and Valencia Drive under the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway in mid-May 2018. Occasional lane reductions may be required over the summer for finishing work.

To connect with Valencia Drive, drivers can use the newly constructed Valencia connector road west of Raymond Avenue.

This is the seventh of seven bridges built along the BNSF Railway in Anaheim, Fullerton and Placentia. The undercrossing allows drivers to travel safely and smoothly under the tracks without having to wait for passing trains.

For inquiries about the project, please contact the Yelena Voronel, City of Fullerton at 714-738-6852.
